In recent years, many electricity consumers in Georgia have had their traditional analogue power meters on their homes or business replaced with a new smart meter. In most instances, the installation was completed without the consumers’ knowledge or authorization.
This survey is to provide greater insight as to the methods used regarding installation of smart meters in Georgia.
